Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I find my size?

How do I choose the right size?

What is the difference between everyday shapewear and post-surgical fajas?
Everyday shapewear is designed for daily wear and light-to-firm smoothing. Post-surgical styles use stronger compression and construction for recovery support. Always follow your surgeon’s guidance for stage and timing.
How long does shipping take?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and method. Free shipping thresholds and current estimates are listed on our Shipping policy.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your fit. See full details, windows, and conditions on our Exchanges & Returns policy. Unworn items in original condition with tags are usually eligible within the stated window.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking links.
How should I wash my shapewear?
Hand wash or use a delicate cycle in a mesh bag with cold water. Avoid bleach and high heat. Hang or lay flat to dry to protect compression and elasticity.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes. Many Bluehorixon styles include extended sizing. Check each product page for the available size range and use the Size Guide for measurements.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it is in transit, you may need to use our return process after delivery.
